Most recently, you took the incentive to contact us with your new insurance program that saved us $300. In the past, you always listened and worked with us to take care of a claim or to save us money...most importantly, you always seemed to care.

JoAnn and staff are always helpful and always answer the phone when I call. This is better than most agencies that I deal with.

I chose Erie for several reasons. One was that, overall, the premiums covered more potential losses and, more significantly, the prices were a lot lower than I had been paying for many years. Mostly, I chose Erie in light of the way my daughter was treated when she had significant storm damage to her home. Also, I can call and get the information that I desire from very knowledgeable people.
